New e-mails and tired
Day will be a bit short, I hit the limit must sleep - yes, sleep is for the weak, but when you literally fight to stay awake while you answer your mails and calls, that’s a definite call to go and sleep some.
And tomorrow I will check the mails again, there is one I want to answer with my head clear.
E-mails, e-mails
Just got an email with a position and I like it a lot. So cross the fingers, toes and eyes, I want that job. Really, I don’t know much about it, but what they wrote sounds good, is in a good place - Bristol -, and generally, I just have this feeling of wanting it.
Finding tips and advices
I am trying to find “tips and tricks” and “advices” for people who want to go and work and live in England.
There is however a huge problem - if you look at all the sites, books, forums, you will have the impression that the UK = London. As is, I am not against working and living in London, but if possible I would look for a smaller city - just thinking about the fact,...
List of stuff to pack
Clothes (that’s a no brainer)
Suits
Shoes
Towels, slippers (I always forget them, but not now!)
Pullovers! (same as with towels)
Shaving stuff, new toothbrus, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.
Laptop, phone
Camera (both)
I will have to work on it, if anything comes to mind I will put it here too, lest I forget.
If anyone think I left out something, tell me.
Imperial Gardens →

Final destination
I got some concerned advices about moving to London, and looking for a place there asking about cheap possibilities.
Well, my main goal is not London, if I can go somewhere else that’s perfect. The thing is that I know some people around Leeds who offered me a place to stay, and a similar setup in Manchaster, but I want to know my options if I have to stay in London for a longer time.
But...

This one looks good, price range ok, but bit far from the centre.

Ok, first site, more coming up. No worries, I use this place for keeping notes too.
Told you, all the details you did not want to know.
First roll, and we got to the travel bit
So, yesterday I got the ticket. 25th of August, departure 7:20 AM, arrival 8:50 AM, Gatwick airport.
Now, on to the next task: Accomodations.
I need to find a place to stay until I find something final, I guess a few weeks. I would appreciate any recommendations concerning cheap (500-700 GBP a month) but clean places, I need a bed, somewhere to shower and a lockable desk or such.
